GardecoWholesaleris administrative order/stock/invoicing software for companies that supply goods and services, e.g. wholesalers with their own warehouse or import and export companies. The system is based on purchasing and customer deliveries being handled by automated systems, with a facility for checking by users. The stock level can be kept down by efficient purchasing functions, while customers are kept well informed about future deliveries. The system can be used for WEB-based trade and all communication is handled by the latest client/server technology. This allows several hundred users to make use of the database at the same time, e.g. online transactions. Gardeco Wholesaleris fully integrated with the accounting function and also allows export of SIE files to other accounting programs. It is possible to obtain information for WORD/EXCEL too. GardecoWholesaler is made up of a number of ready-made modules. Thanks to this standardisation the system is very simple to install and to use. Functions and reports have been adapted to the general requirements of stock-holding companies, but if you have any special requests, the system can be tailored to your requirements. |
