Because the system is built up from a number of ready-made modules it's very easy to install. No special adaptation is normally necessary, and in most cases information from the old system can easily be transferred to the new one. All that's required to use the program is to go through a brief introduction process. The program is largely self-instructional. When purchasing Gardeco's business system a maintenance agreement is signed to provide free support. If you have any questions or would like assistance with any problem, just pick up the phone. Our response times are very quick and you will be dealt with by a person not an automated service. All employees in our support department have extensive experience of issues relating to orders/stock/invoicing. We will solve your problem immediately over the phone or, if required, by connecting up to your system. The maintenance agreement includes entitlement to new versions of the system approximately twice a year. |
