Different industries have differing requirements; our previous dealings with the music industry have enabled us, in close collaboration with Grammotex Data and others, to develop a specially-adapted store computer system for media stores, i.e. music, books, films and games trading. In addition to the standard functions found in our general store computer system, it includes a search function adapted for the specific requirements of media stores. Search for a first name or surname or just part of the name of an artist, part of a title, release date, company or even an individual track. Automated procedures for suppliers and supplier associations for downloading new products and updating existing ones, and uploading statistics for sales-based hit lists. Back orders can be linked to an automated message to the customer via SMS or e-mail. Gardeco Mediabutik offers unique support for items not in stock: a catalogue function that allows you to show all items from suppliers in the system without it affecting the actual range, i.e. they will not be included on inventory lists and will not affect system performance. A highly proficient report generator is available for generating accounting reports, VAT reports or lists for stock-taking, etc. |

Gardeco Fackhandel sets new standards for the ready-to-wear clothing industry with easy-to-use cash registers and several different options for running a customer club. The stores employ fully-integrated card payment solutions using PIN codes, which also handle smart cards (EMV). Read more

Gardeco Mediabutik is a niche industry system aimed at booksellers, publishers, record stores and record companies. It is based on experience and requirements set by our users. Product data and orders for Bokrondellen, Grammotex and others are already handled by automatic systems. Read more
Wholesaler
Gardeco Grossist is a complete business system that handles orders, delivery and invoicing for wholesalers with their own warehouse. Purchasing and customer deliveries are handled by automated systems, but can be checked by users. Read more
